Our Delivery and Returns Policy
All orders placed with www.boutiquefashion.net are subject to stock availability and credit checks, and wherever possible will be despatched within 3 working days. UK deliveries are despatched from Monday to Friday with the exception of bank holidays. Bank holidays include Bank holiday Mondays, Good Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
In the event that you place an order on a bank holiday, your goods will not be processed until the next working day. (Alterations normally take an additional 2 to 3 days unless otherwise advised).

UK Standard Delivery £3.95 per order
Parcels sent by UK standard delivery are delivered by Royal Mail post. These normally arrive within 2 to 3 working days from the date of despatch.
UK Next Day Delivery £7.50 per order
UK next day deliveries need to be placed before 12pm and are guaranteed to be delivered by Royal Mail Monday to Friday before 1pm. These deliveries will require a signature on receipt. If you place an order on a bank holiday, and opt for next day delivery, the goods will be received 2 Working days later.
(Please note some orders may be subject to passing our security checks which may delay despatch. Customers may be contacted by our Orders Department using the email address info@boutiquefashion.net).
Returns
If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase from Boutique Fashion, you can return the goods in their original condition to us within 7 days for a refund, or 14 days for an exchange under our terms and conditions.
If you have received the incorrect order, you can return the goods to us straight away and we will replace them without delivery charge. Goods returned to us will be replaced after the original goods have been received.
All Returns will normally be processed on the day of receipt. Refunds will be processed within 2 working days of receiving your returned items
Where items are returned for exchange, a replacement will normally be despatched the working day after the exchange is processed subject to availability
Do make sure to obtain a receipt from your post office as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.

Our Guarantee
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days of purchase for a refund or 14 days for an exchange. The only exception to this guarantee is altered items - these cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged, unless faulty.
